First off Frye boots are made with quality, and Ive always been very happy in the past. Absolutely love these boots from the image displayed online, so excited to get them very disappointed when I received them nothing like the picture I feel like it was a bait and switch.

Love the look and the leather. Calf part of the boot is too wide for me and the back part of my knee hits the boot when I bend my leg. The sole of the boot is too slippery when walking outside. Otherwise, I love the boots.

Comfortable fit, but sadly after wearing one day, the metallic leather is scuffing pretty badly. This makes me sad as I have never had Frye boots scuff like this. The style and fit are comfortable.

I purchased the hand-tooled western boot. I was hesitant after some of the reviews. I ordered these on a Thursday and they arrived Saturday. All I can say is, these are amazing boots. I now have 10 pair of FRYE Boots along with slip on’s and I’ve never been disappointed at the fit, quality, or service. I don’t do reviews, but the Hand Tooled Western Boot is this month my favorite Frye boot in my closet.

These are beautiful. The silver tooling is stunning and comfy from first try. I wear 9 in the Jean loafer, but in these, as well as the harness boots, I size up to 9. 5 and they are perfect.

I got these in pewter last year and this year bought the black leather/suede studded ones. I love quality, love the fit. I have a wider foot with wide toes, so I sized up 1/2 size, which is a perfect fit for me. These boots could not be more comfortable. For those saying they’re slippery – they are! Take them to the cobbler and invest in vibram soles first thing. It’ll protect your boots and make them non-slip. A win/win!

They are definitely not 13 5″ in circumference. That’s what my calf is now, and they are way too big in the calf. They are very stiff and non pliable.

These boots are gorgeous! I was very hesitant to purchase after reading some of the reviews. These are definitely NOT plastic as stated in one review. One sniff of the leather emanating from the box will tell you this. The sole of the boot is different from other Frye boots, but the quality of the boot and leather is very nice. This is my 13th pair of Frye boots- definitely Frye quality boot.

I have been looking at this boot for a long time! Over a year. These boots were finally on sale at a price I couldnt pass up. I was so excited to finally get the boots only to be disappointed in the color. They look totally different than whats pictured on your website. They are completely black! The tooled design and the combination color was very appealing to me. I have purchased several pairs of FRYE BOOTS this is my 7th boot. Not sure what can be done. The boots were delivered today!
