Frye is my go-to for genuine leather quality. This Billy pull on stud boot is a good looking boot. Its pointed so I went back and forth and took a chance on a 9.5 for the thick socks and room for my toes. Normally Id wear a 9.0 if it were perhaps square toed! Cant wait to style and profile it.

While these boots are pretty, the quality is horrible! There appears to have been zero quality control. The pad on the left footbed was not glued correctly, and is tucked and glued back under the footbed, creating a huge bump; there is no padding the last inch of the shoe under the toe. Also, the right boot has black dye on the cream leather, like it was sloppily “painted”. I have tried calling customer service for three days now, and after long holds, I am told to leave a message. No one has called me back, nor has customer service responded to the email that I sent. Buyer beware!
