   Terrible quality and leather. The boots look like rain boots d not at all as expected. They are huge and uncomfortable as well. Company customer service is awful!! No return or exchange policy because they are a sale item???? That is so sad to see Frye company drop to an all time low in their standards, honesty and quality from where they once were. What on earth happened!

   These Chloe Chelsea boots are fun? But the front is somewhat narrow and the back is a little big, I ordered a half size down after reading reviews.

   Not worth the price. I ordered the pine green color, which was on sale for $270. It looks okay, but not special enough -even at that price.

   They are beautiful boots and I really wanted to LOVE them. I own a couple of pairs of FRYE boots and I ordered these in my regular size 8. The heel cup is quite large and my heel slips way too much. They warm up and feel good overall however if I needed to walk in them for a while, my heels would be rubbed raw.

   They don’t look the same as they do online. They are a kind of boots you can get at other sores for $100. They are well made,but nothing special about them. I returned them.

    They sizing doesnt seem to be correct. I wear a size 11 and these are too big for me. They fit more like a mens boot on me. They are very shiny and Im sure they would wear in nicely, and they look very well made, just big.

    Ive sent a couple of emails about returning them and waiting to hear. I had to pay to have them shipped so I hope I dont have to pay to have to return them too. I love Frye boots, but I dont think Ill buy another pair on line.

    love these but the sizing is way off. I always wear a 9 in frye boots and i had to get an 8in these. The size 8 fit perfect which is so weird.
