Kim P –
I absolutely love this boot; I purchased it in black and wear it with my leggings, jeans and black skinny pants. They are the perfect final fit for my Apres ski look. So comfortable too!

I’m pleasantly surprised. These boots are quite light weight given the chunky look of them. The leather is soft and a bit thinner compared to other Frye boots I have – and I quite like that. I’m a 6-6.5 and got 6.5 in these to wear with a light sock and they’re perfect. I got the Bourbon color, it’s a rich beautiful rich brown.

These Olivia Combat Boots are one of my favorite Frye boots ever! The quality is top notch. I love the cushioning in the footbed. It feels like memory foam! I had to experiment with the size. Im between a 9 and 9.5. I ordered both. The 9 was a little snug. The 9.5 a little roomy which I far prefer! And I love the ribbed sole of the shoe! I hope Frye will offer these in a tall boot as well!
Lori –
Overall good looking and comfortable boot. I feel they fit similarly to the Frye Veronica combat boot which for me is a bit on the narrow side. If in between sizes I’d go up a half size. Pretty well made with a decent amount of cushion.

I don’t generally bother to review products but these are the exception. I ordered them to take on a trip and was really concerned that they wouldn’t be broken in. But even though they are sturdy with a great, thick sole, the leather is so soft and flexible that they were comfortable immediate. Love the style with the taller ankle that makes them great with pants or skirts. They are the best combat boots I have ever bought.

Absolutely love these boots. Ordered normal size and they fit perfect.

The boots were way too narrow & wouldn’t zip with medium weight socks. And I have very skinny legs & calf.

Frye boots are very durable and beautiful. I love the look of these boots, but the ZIPPER HAS TO GO.

After spending several hundred dollars on a pair of boots that I saved up for, the base of the boots started splitting about a month into owning them. I showed them this and I explained to them that I needed a replacement pair of boots, but these were my only winter boots that I had currently and needed them for work. They offered a refund once I sent them back, which would take several weeks. They then said I could just buy a new pair of boots and then return the others for a refund (keep in mind I spent weeks breaking these boots and my 30 day refund to return is almost up). This means I would buy a new pair and by the time I went to return them most likely they would not accept it because I passed the 30 days. SCAM! Then I asked if I could return them at the end of winter/mud season and get a new pair at that time (maybe 60 days from date of purchase). They offered to give me until March 3 as a favor to me, which is four days from now. They acted like giving me four days more to return them with a huge favor. They ended up giving me a 20% refund, which is nothing. I am now stuck with a couple hundred dollar pair of boots with the base of them detaching. Their company is a scam. Do not buy from them. Worst customer service ever.
I am a cancer survivor with a lot of medical debt and I saved up for these boots. They were a gift to myself that Ive been wanting for over a decade. I finally bought them only to have this experience.
