I want to love these but they are clunky and heavy and my feet slip out of them. Which makes them also a bit dangerous. I would like to return them

The colors are darker than they appear online but the boho summer chic aesthetic is still in tact.

These run wide and the top part is too big to keep to keep my foot secure. My other Frye boots and sandals did not have this issue. These are made beautifully, unfortunately no narrow is offered.

They run big, but fortunately my daughter is a 1/2 size up, so I sent a picture explaining and asked if she would like them. She said yes please I ordered another pair 1/2 size down. Now we both are happy with our new pretty platforms.

I was so excited for these shoes, but unfortunately they never came! Even more unfortunately I have gotten absolutely no help from customer service. My call granted no resolution and my online claim has gotten no response after weeks. I love Frye products, but I am very disappointed in the customer service. I would love to hear from them for a resolution. If I ever get the shoes Ill let you know how they are 🙂
