So happy with my new boots. Love the pointy toe, heel is a great height & comfortable. Very soft leather & the zipper makes it easy to take them on & off. Definitely a great pair to have in the closet.

Was so excited to get these boots. Have had Frye boots in the past and always happy with the quality. When they arrived, I was so disappointed to realize they didn’t have a zipper. I could not even get them on to try them on.

I was worried when I purchased these that they would not fit my calf as I have muscular calfs. But they fit perfectly! I did order a half of a size up to a 9 compared to what I usually wear which is an 8 or 8. 5. They are such a great boot for the winter time as they can go with everything!

I have the almond boots and they are awesome. Really comfortable, walkable, and classy with jeans or a dress. However, I am usually a size 5. 5, ordered a 6 so I could wear thick socks, and the 6 was very tight. The 6. 5 is perfect – I recommend sizing up at least 1/2 to a full size.

Hubby got me the Almond boots for Christmas. My true shoe size is 7. 5, but I have 4 other pairs of Frye boots and I typically get an 8 because I have wide feet from bunions and fairly thick calves. Im 52 and 130 ish. They were out of size 8, so hubs got me the 7. 5 and they fit fine. No room for heavy socks, but pull up just fine over skinny jeans with room to spare even with my big calves. A bit of a heel, which I dont typically wear due to my bunions. So these seem dressy to me. Love them!

This is the first time I have been disappointed with a Frye boot. Tried 3 pair before I settled on the size 9. 5. I usually wear a 9. The 2 different pair of 9. 5 did not fit the same and poor quality on one pair as well. There is a hard spot where my heel sits in the right boot that digs into my heel so I had to buy heel inserts for comfort. I do like the style color and suede look and the price was reasonable so I decided to keep despite my disappointment. Boots are not very comfortable for long wear time. I was also surprised to see the boots were made in India. Also Belk sold the boots as on sale for 250$ but on Frye site the regular price is 250$. Interesting.

These boots look great and I’m slowly breaking them in. However, I’m surprised by how much they pinch in the front. I have extremely narrow feet and never have issues with pointy toes – in fact, I often find them quite comfortable because they fit my natural foot shape. These ones pick pinch from the top, leaving blisters on my middle toe knuckles. I’m not sure if this is something that sizing up could solve, since it’s more about the flatness between sole and top of foot, rather than an issue of width or length.
