Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • Shoes must show no signs of wear (please try them on clean surfaces)

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks, shoe care products, or any items marked as “final sale.” Custom or personalized items are also non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your return/exchange request
  2. Complete the Return/Exchange Request Form (template provided below)
  3. Wait for approval – we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days
  4. Package your items securely in the original packaging if possible
  5. Ship your return to the address provided with your RMA

Shipping Your Return

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival):

  • We will process your refund to the original payment method
  • Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the replacement item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs
